We Make the World Better

At FSP, our ultimate goals is “We Make the World Better”. It is definitely easier said than done. To achieve this goal, we must be supported by “profitability” and “strategy” and create a shared consensus among all employees through “culture”. In doing this, we are able to ensure that we continue to move forward and make the world a better place.

Sustainable Development Committee at FSP

In response to the trend of sustainable development, we have facilitated the functions of a sustainable management organization. In 2021, we formed a Corporate Sustainable Development Committee to continue to promote and deepen FSP’s sustainability. The Committee is chaired by Mr. Allen Cheng, Chairman and President of FSP Group, responsible for the coordination of the Committee. The Risk Management Team is responsible for establishing and improving the risk governance organization and management mechanism.

There are 6 working groups under the Sustainable Development Committee: Corporate Governance, Responsible Supply Chain, Green Operations, Green Product, Happy Workplace, and Social Engagement. Together, the 6 working groups formulate short-, medium-, and long-term strategies, targets for sustainability as well as operational policies and report to the Board of Directors on their effectiveness and goals.

History of FSP’s ESG promotion

To fulfill the role as a sustainable citizen, we have voluntarily issued a CSR (corporate social responsibility) report every year since 2014.

We have long been committed to the engagement of social welfare activities, while improving employee benefits and creating a happy workplace.

In 2021, we established the “Corporate Sustainability Committee” under the Board of Directors, expanding the scope of CSR to ESG (environment, society, governance) to initiate projects.

The promotion of ESG is long-term and ongoing. The groups under the Sustainable Development Committee will gradually put the sustainable development blueprint into action.
